Account Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire SaaS sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Present products to prospective clients and demonstrate how our SaaS solution meets their needs.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and drive growth.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Account Executive (1-2 years minimum), or in other SaaSsales/customer service roles (working with restaurants or in the F&B industry is abonus!)

  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • A business acumen.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate.
  • This role is only open for an in-person position in Vancouver.
  • Optional: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing is preferred, although not mandatory
