DYNE has arrived in Edmonton!

Our team is rapidly expanding across Canada and our latest destination: Edmonton, Alberta.

As DYNE expands, our mission to connect foodies while promoting local restaurant growth, has steadily remained.  

After months of anticipation, DYNE held our official Edmonton app launch with our “Connecting Edmonton Entrepreneurs” event. As a student-run company employing a bright team of entrepreneurs, we wanted to connect those with the entrepreneurial spirit with similar individuals in the Edmonton community.

Several members of our Vancouver team flew down to join us for this long awaited event, including DYNE’s own CEO, Arnav Mishra. We were honoured to have Arnav and five other spectacular panelists share their experiences and thoughts on Edmonton’s entrepreneurial community. To finish the night off in typical DYNE fashion, we brought the heat and asked guests to participate in a Spicy Wings Challenge. Overall, we were thrilled to be accepted with open arms by so many important members of the Edmonton community.

The fun continued into the following day as our team met with several integral organizations throughout the city. Our friends at Edmonton Global invited us down to their offices to discuss their latest media release, officially introducing DYNE to the Edmonton region. As DYNE is continually looking for new ways to bring vibrancy to the Edmonton community, we were thrilled to connect with Explore Edmonton. A major contributor to several events city-wide, Explore Edmonton has continued to help DYNE foster important relationships that provide exciting opportunities for the future. Our team was also honoured to be invited to various events for the ‘Road to the JUNOS’, a concert series leading up to the JUNO Award shows, held in Edmonton this March.

While our company grows in Alberta, we have made it a priority to ensure we contribute to the province’s growth as well. For this reason, we were glad to sit down with Invest Alberta, a corporation focused on helping investors to start up or scale up in Alberta. Our team is beyond excited to invest in Alberta’s future and diversify its economy.

After returning to Vancouver, the work in Edmonton continued on with new team members and company initiatives. DYNE is officially expanding our student opportunity programs to Edmonton. For those interested, please check out our website’s Career page for more information.

Most recently, Edmonton has welcomed several new DYNE Club members to the family. In an effort to connect Edmonton foodies and support the local economy, our latest initiatives invites foodie content creators to help us showcase restaurants around the city.
